I often get symbols and messages from animals to me in different kind of ways, in my dreams, randomly in the streets or nature on my daily walks. I also get images and movies that are coming to me in a channeling way. Lately a dear old friend came back in to my life - the Snake.

The Snake is a strong mystical symbol and can bring both positive and negative news. When I get snakes in my readings with my cards, many of my clients get scared. The Snake is a strong symbol but nothing to be scared off.

When we feel scared and uncomfortable with the messages, it´s actually good news, because then we can see clearly in what aria we need more healing and what we need to work on.

The snake are also a creature of darkness. From a Shamanic perspective, darkness embraces the great Mysteries and those things just outside the range of normal senses. It is the void, the season of winter and the unconscious mind. Darkness is part of a normal cycle – one necessary to the well-being of all creatures. In the dark, we renew ourselves. The night also has ties to mysticism and magic.

The elders believed the snake was a symbol of life, death and rebirth. As a result, snakes made their appearance in many sand paintings and healing ceremonies.

The Snake also stands for feminine energy, fertility and creativity, wisdom and healing. He brings healing on a cellular level. If snake enters your life, expect swift changes to sweep through your life. These changes denote death of the old and a birth into untapped power, creativity and wisdom. Snake is very powerful to have to have as a guide. It is the guardian of sacred places and the keeper of concealed knowledge.

Be aware of the messages you get, the nature is talking to us all the time, we just need to listening
