Clarity Session — 120 minutes
We begin by looking at where you are today, the patterns that keep showing up in your life, and what they may be trying to teach you. Together, we explore your soul's unique path, your strengths, your lessons and your gifts. This gives us the clarity we need to create a personal direction for the 30 days ahead and the changes you want to make in your life.
4 Weekly Check-In Sessions — 30 minutes each
During our weekly sessions, we return to what we have explored together. We look at what you are experiencing, the thoughts and patterns that may be coming back, and what you are beginning to see differently. I'll be there to give you clarity, guidance and a steady hand when you need help finding your way forward again.
Personalised Mantra
A mantra inspired by Kabbalistic wisdom and created especially for you. Your mantra is something you can return to every day, helping you bring more positivity into your thoughts, strengthen your trust in yourself and reconnect with your own strength and light. It is a daily reminder of what you are working towards and the possibilities that open up when you begin to see things differently.
Closing & Integration Session — 60 minutes
In our final session, we look back at the 30 days we have shared. We reflect on what you have discovered, the shifts you have experienced and the progress you have made. This is also an opportunity to explore how you can carry this new clarity and understanding into your everyday life, so you can continue moving forward with greater trust and positivity.

Your journey includes 5 hours of personal guidance, a personalised daily mantra and recordings of all your sessions, so you can return to our conversations and insights whenever you need them.
All sessions are scheduled in advance at times that are convenient for both of us, giving us a dedicated space to work together throughout the 30 days.
